Our journey starts with you filling out my wedding inquiry form, where you'll share the key details for your big day.
Within 24 hours, you'll hear back from me about date availability.
From there we'll set up a time to connect on a laid-back phone call. That's my chance to hear all about your love story and vision for the big day. I can’t wait to dive into your story and share in your excitement!
01. Get to know each other
When you’re ready to make things official, I'll send over a contract and invoice for you to digitally sign.
Once you sign and pay your initial deposit, your date will be locked in on my calendar, and you can breathe easy knowing you've checked "find a wedding photographer" off your big to-do list!
02. SEAL THE DEAL
Picture us, coffee or craft beer in hand, diving into all the exciting details of your wedding day — the timeline, locations, and must-capture moments.
It’s our chance to get even more comfortable working together before your wedding day, share ideas, and ensure I know all the details so you can just show up and be totally present on your big day.
*Google Meet/FaceTime option available if needed
03. COFFEE DATE
On your big day, you'll be free to soak in every moment and confidently know I'm capturing every detail of the day (even the moments you may not see!).
My promise to you is to be a calm, flexible & dependable presence on your wedding day, cheering you on from start to finish.
04. Your BIG day - STRESS FREE
Within 3 days of your wedding, you'll receive an online gallery with at least 15-20 highlight images of the big moments for you to enjoy and share right away.
From there, I’ll take 8-10 weeks to carefully edit the rest of your images, making sure every shot is intentionally crafted.
Before you know it, you’ll find a special message in your inbox — it’s time to relive your big day!
05. SNEAK PEAKS
8-10 weeks after your wedding day, you'll receive your final online gallery, intentionally organized by the big moments of the day.
You can share this gallery link with friends and family and download all the images onto your device for safe-keeping.
Want to print your favorite images? The online store in your gallery makes it super simple to print your favorite images from the day using top-quality printing labs!

Final number of images varies depending on the hours of coverage you've selected...but I'm chronically known for delivering more than that :)
Signature and Essentials Collection couples can expect at least 600 or 400 final images, respectively.
Intimate Collections (2 hours of coverage) can expect at least 150 final images.

I currently have a few 2026 weekends remaining, and I'm accepting bookings through 2027.
To a degree, yes! I certainly cannot replace your planner/day-of coordinator, but leading up to the wedding we will have 1-2 calls or in-person meetups to talk through all the nitty-gritty details to finalize a timeline that ensures you get all the photos you're dreaming of, all at an unhurried, stress-free pace on your wedding day.

I offer a 1-hour proposal package that includes capturing the big moment, as well as some quick engagement portraits afterwards so you already have your save-the-date photos ready to go. Contact me for custom pricing, depending on the level of planning you'd like me to assist you with!
2-hour engagement sessions are included in the Signature Wedding collection, or can be added on a-la-carte to any other package at a discounted rate.
